Mr Rajaram has over 4 decades of association with ICI India Limited (Now Akzo Nobel India Ltd). He had held several key positions including that of the Chief Financial Officer and Wholetime Director of the Company. He has managed a number of businesses in India including turning around and successful divestment of a few. He was, inter alia, responsible for Mergers and Acquisitions and played a major role in the reshaping of the business portfolio of the Company. He is a graduate in Commerce and a Chartered Accountant.
Mysore Sanjeev has 28 years of experience in leadership consulting as well as Public policy. In 2008, he founded Proxima with the core objective of providing consulting services to family businesses on succession planning as well as professionalising management. He specialises in restructuring of businesses and organisations, as well as potential management.
He has enabled a large number of Indian Companies to grow their markets in the USA, Europe, APAC, Middle East and Asia. He has led and successfully hired over 750 CXOs across industries, functions, and geographies. He has assessed more than 25,000 professionals spread across the world.
Earlier, Sanjeev worked as Principal Consultant at Ma Foi Executive Search (now Randstad). He led the manufacturing practice.
He worked at the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) for over 8 years. He conceptualised and institutionalised major policy advocacy forums for Public-Private Partnership in infrastructure and promotion of the rural non-farm sector.
He is an MBA (Finance) from University of Mysore.

Dr. Kamal K. Jain is a distinguished professor with more than 48 years of teaching experience. His last stint was with IIM Raipur. Prior to joining IIM Raipur, he was Professor at IIM Indore. He has also worked as Professor of HR with University Tun Abdul Razak (UNITAR), Malaysia. He has. Besides teaching at IIM Indore, he has taught at IIM Ranchi, Helsinki School of Business Finland, IIM Sambalpur, IIM Sirmaur, IIM Vizag and several other places.
Prof Jain is actively involved in corporate training programs. He has published around 60 research articles in the national and international journals. He was awarded the best professor in Human Resource Management in 2010 by World Education Congress Asia Awards. He was given the best professor award by IIM Indore in 2015. He was awarded the Best Citizen Award by IIM Raipur in 2023.

Murali has over 35+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, Man Management and Quality Control of Manufacturing / Engineering Industries. He has won several accolades during a successful career for TPM Practices, People Management Practices, Lifetime Achievement award, and Balance Score card results.
Murali worked as COO of India Pistons Limited, a leading Piston and ring manufacturing company existing for the last 70 years. The company is part of the Amalgamation Group. He was instrumental in Optimising the manpower by 30%; successfully executed VRS Scheme; introduced Industry 4.0; and Optimised the variable costs and fixed costs.
Murali worked as Senior Executive Vice President – Operation at ATC Tires (Yokohama Tyres). He increased Production from 120MT to 200+ MT, improved Productivity by 20%, reduced Scrap level by 50% in all areas, reduced WIP and FG inventory by 15%, improved dispatch by 40%, signed 2 Long term productivity-Linked Wage Settlement.
Murali worked as Vice President – Operations at Fenner India Limited (part of JK Tyre Group) for over 8 years. He also worked in Sundaram Fasteners for 7+ years in the manufacturing function.
Murali s a BSc Applied Sciences and BS Engineering in Metallurgy and Material Science

Om has over 30 years of experience of which 25+ years in Fashion and Apparel manufacturing and Supply Chain, Brands and retail distribution.
Om has been in the leadership role for over 2 decades in PDS Multinational Group, a USD 1.2 bn group. He was the key leadership team in India for Levi Strauss & Co, (Levis), American clothing company having revenue of USD 5 bn.
Om was the CEO of India Corporate operations of PDS Multinational. He held Board and Key Managerial Personnel roles in over 30 subsidiaries of PDS Multinational Group in various regions namely – UK, Hong Kong, UAE, India, Bangladesh. He was the executive Board Member & active contributor for business strategy and organisational development and growth.
Om has led teams managing corporate secretarial and legal functions. He has good working knowledge of corporate governance requirements in India, UK, Hong Kong, Dubai (free trade zones), Mauritius and other key locations. He was instrumental in redesigning the overall corporate holding structure of PDS Multinational with over 80 subsidiaries.
Om is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant. He lives in Bengaluru.

Murthy is a Business Manager having over 3 decades of experience in Hydraulics. He is well versed in advising hydraulic companies with regard to design of hydraulic circuits , sourcing of components and other activities . A proactive leader and planner with expertise in Strategic Planning, Market Plan Execution account Management. An Out-of-the-Box thinker with a proven track record of increasing revenues, establishing dealer networks, streamlining workflow and creating a teamwork environment to enhance profitability innovatively.
Murthy is the former Chief Technical Officer of Hawe Hydraulics and also former Regional Business Manager at Vickers Systems International.
Murthy is the Founder of Hymatic which consults in marketing of Hydraulics and allied products and services for both Indian and global corporations. He is a B.Tech from IIT, Mumbai.

Ram is a Technology professional with over three decades of experience in managing and delivering technology projects in the Investment Management domain for business across multiple geographies. In his last role, he was the CIO of a large Multi-National Investment Management company. Currently, he is an independent consultant working with SMEs and Individual clients. He is a Chartered Accountant, Cost & Works Accountant, and Certified Financial Planner.

Ramu is a Business Transformation Professional with over three decades of experience in managing and delivering business outcomes through transformation at diverse Industry segments spanning Manufacturing, IT, Services and Start-ups. He has held executive leadership roles (at Indian Aluminium, ICICI Bank, Accenture, Infosys and ANI Technologies aka Ola) covering Production, Business Operations, Quality, Operational & Business Excellence, Digital & Business Transformation and Business Development. He has set up and run large scale operations, differentiating programs and initiatives that have helped organizations to scale and grow.
He has also been associated with several Industry bodies / Forums and provided original points of view and thoughts. Ramu has vast experience as both, Practitioner as well as Coach for new age business concepts such as Design Thinking, Enterprise Risk Management, and Data Science / Data Analytics / Decision Science.
Ramu is the former Vice President, Head of Business Excellence, Infosys Limited; General Manager – Quality, Accenture. He also has over 15+ years of experience in Manufacturing. He has worked at Indal (Part of Hindalco) and AT&S in key leadership roles and led large scale transformational projects related to IE, Quality, etc. He is a Mechanical Engineer and M.Tech from Indian Statistical Institute (ISI).

Ravichandran is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and MBA having over 25+years of experience. He has proven track record in driving growth plans and restructuring and turning around companies from the brink of a disaster. Besides this have played a significant role in overseeing the leadership development, Talent development, Employee Engagement, HR process Improvement.
Proficient in funding arrangements through banks and financial institutions, Private equity, including liaisoning, formulation of funding strategies and decision making. Well experienced in people management, systems and controls, process management, financial statement analysis, management information systems, monitoring and evaluation of budgets, policy framework, development of systems and procedures manual, risk analysis, and working capital management.
Ravichandran is the Founder Director of Spark Management Consultancy FZE.

Mr S Sachidananda is an entrepreneur who 50 years ago envisaged the potential and need of Semiconductors in India. He ventured into Semiconductor business in 1972. His firm represented International companies from Europe, U.S.A. and the Far East whose product range included major state-of-the-art equipment for semiconductor assembly and package as well chip building. The other applications include, Smart cards, Hybrids, LED, display, USB memory devices, Cameras. In addition to this, he had deep relationships and interaction with IITs, CEEERI Pilani and other R & D labs

Srini has 3 decades of experience, predominantly in EMS & PCB manufacturing. He worked at Flextronics for over 5 years. He was General Manager & Operations Director, Flextronics, Chennai for couple of years wherein one of his responsibilities was manufacturing chargers for Apple Iphone. He later moved into a global role as Senior Director – Business Excellence. He led several transformational projects related to Business and operational excellence across 10 manufacturing plants spread across South East Asia (Malaysia (6 plants), Indonesia, Singapore, and India, 1 plant each). He reported to the Senior Vice President & Head – Business Excellence who operated from the USA. He is the former Managing Director of AT&S (Global PCB manufacturers for Mobile Devices) and also the Managing Director of Lite-On Technology (India) – global leader in mechanical solutions for mobile OEMs and it has expertise in visual metals, plastics, and antennas, and their integrations.
Srini is a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology and Post Graduate Diploma in Plant / Industrial Engineering.

Sunil has over 40 years of experience in Automotive & Industrial sectors in Manufacturing & Operations, Sales & Business Development & Business Transformation. He has held various leadership positions in Global MNCs & also Family owned businesses wherein he successfully led Organizations in their Revenues & Profitability Growth & Business Transformation Journey. He is a Lean Champion and Played a key role in Achieving World Class Operational Excellence.
Sunil has worked as CEO SE Forge, Global Supplier of Castings & Forgings for over eight years (2015-2023). During his tenure, he was instrumental in achieving a rapid turnaround and driving exponential growth in both sales revenue and profitability. He successfully diversified SE Forge into multiple sectors beyond renewables, establishing the company as a leading global casting and forging supplier for key sectors such as power and transmission, oil and gas, and other industrial sectors. Under his leadership, the company’s export revenue share increased from 20% to 60%, and he led SE Forge to win the Best Supplier of the Year award from GE.
Earlier in his career, Sunil held leadership positions in German MNCs as President & Managing Director of Eisenmann GmbH and Managing Director & Global Customer Director at Durr GmbH. He also Played a Key role in setting up the Greenfield Automotive Plants for Automotive MNCs Ford India & General Motors. During this tenure , he was involved in 6 Vehicle Launches across the full Automotive Manufacturing chain.

Sutanu has 3 decades of extensive experience in Human Resources, Industrial Relations and Strategic Change management across diverse industry segments like Engineering, IT, FMCG, Tyres, Agri, Insurance, Retail and Logistics.
Sutanu has led as CHRO for more than 15 years and in his career associated with companies and Brands like Siemens, Coca-Cola, Taj, Apollo Tyres, Bunge, Bharti Axa, Future Value Retail, Mahindra Logistics, SPAR and Spencer’s. Since Oct’22, Sutanu has founded UGO HR Consulting and offers diverse HR & IR consulting to mid-tier companies. He is a Post Graduate in Personnel management and Industrial Relations from XISS, Ranchi.

Tatsuo San has over 25+ years of fashion business management across the complete value chain. He has the experience of retail / wholesale,e-commerce as well as 10+ years in sourcing & factory management, gained with leading international brands. He has managed and built apparel manufacturing business from scratch, turnaround, sourced globally. He has extensively travelled to India to source apparel and accessories.
Tatsuo San worked as Managing Director (Japan) of VF Corporation (Formerly known as Vanity Fair Mills until 1969), an American worldwide apparel and footwear company which controls over 55% of the U.S. backpack market.
Tatsuo San has worked at PVH (Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger) as Commercial Director. He managed Wholesale and Licencing.
Tatsuo San worked as General Manager – APAC, J. Barbour & Sons, a British luxury and lifestyle brand founded in 1894.
Tatsuo San also worked in Hong Kong as President, Sixty Far East Ltd / Sixty Japan Co Ltd. He was managing the Sourcing business. He has also worked as President. Suzho Knitting, Vice President – Ningbo Fashion (China) and President, Active Co.,ltd (Tokyo and Shanghai).

Vinay has over 35 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering and Operations spread across Automotive OEMs, Off-highway powertrain manufacturing MNCs and leading electrical industries where he has set-up led many successful green-field and brown field projects, turned around operations and established global quality benchmarks.
Vinay worked as Manufacturing Director for General Motors India, a leading global automotive OEM wherein he did a turnaround of the vehicle operations to achieve all green score-card, optimised the assembly line to global standards achieving a first-time quality above 95%, manpower utilization improvement to 92% and reduced the ppm to 1500 for the engine plant. As AVP – Operations at Stellantis Powertrain plant, he streamlined the transmission production and ramped up to double in record three months. During his tenure at Cummins India and Carraro India he led capacity expansion and brown field programs to add new aggregates. At Crompton Greaves, he set up the first greenfield project to manufacture 1.0 million washing machine motors outside Mumbai.
Vinay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Production Engineering, a Master’s in Machine Tools Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur and has done his MBA in Finance from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management studies.
